El charro del arrabal

The plot revolves around Pancho Domínguez, alias “El Charro del Arrabal” (José Pulido), a former cattle rustler turned gangster who controls an extortion racket in the city. The story intensifies when he becomes involved in a turbulent romance with the rumbera Rosa (Rosa Carmina) and clashes with political and criminal rivals.
