Joey Halter is a Los Angeles–based musician and actor known for his work in independent films such as Jerry Powell and I’ll Be Around. He is also the creator and performer of The Railroad Bill Show, a one-man live act that channels wacked-out early-’90s MTV energy through folk blues mythology, noise, and absurdist performance.
