Kailyn Dulay is a Filipino-American actress. She is best known for her lead role as Ly in the award winning short film "When You Left Me On That Boulevard", receiving the Short Film Grand Jury Prize at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival and the Special Jury Award for Vision at the 2023 SXSW Film & TV Festival. She also appeared in the short “Public Freakout”, which was a part of the 2024-2025 AFI DWW+ Program. Most recently, she is in the short film “Oki Oki Oki” as Alice, which is currently in post-production and is slated to release in 2027.
